Industry status and difficulties: Meats require high hygiene conditions, but the multi-link manual operation reduced the hygienic compliance rate of products.

Omori's solution: The products are put into the feeding area of vacuum packing machine by an automatic feeder (manipulator). After the vacuum packing is completed, 9 packages are combined into 1, and the 1 lane is divided into 2 lanes through the belt conveyor, and the packages are conveyed separately. On the multi-belt feeder of the pillow packing machine, the products are arranged in a uniform distance, and transported to the packing machine for secondary packing operation, and then the packages are cartoned, weighed, metal detected, labelled, laser printed, finally enter the case packing process. The casing machine completes the final operation.

Value and benefits: The whole process of packaging is realized unattended, and it is all completed by the robot. Only one mechanical operator and one material inspector are needed, which not only ensures the hygiene of the product, but also reduces the labor cost. The packing efficiency of the whole line has reached 360 bags/min which greatly reduces the labor cost (at least 30 workers are required to complete the same efficiency).
