The lane swift device can choose the single packages or multi-packs to be packed in cartons. The packing section adopts WDC-240 casing machine, one side is equipped with a single package accumulator, and the other side is equipped with a multi-pack package accumulator, so that it can achieve two forms of automatic packing process. The floor space is halved, one production line can achieve two forms of packaging process, the staff number is halved (only 4-6 people), and the management cost is greatly reduced.

The product trays flow from the front conveyor to the end of the packaging line. The labeling, weighing and barcode printing devices can be integrated in the line. Using S-7680 high-speed packing machine which is equipped with Y-shaped structure two-channel feeder, to connect with the two outlets of the upstream blister packing machine, the packing line satisfies the stable feeding of the pillow packing machine, and shortens the overall length. The single output of the pillow packing machine is connected with the cartoning machine to realize the stable feeding of the cartoning machine and avoid the cartoning machine connecting with two sets of feeding machines. It reduced the requirements for the plant area and saved half of the floor space. One production line realized the stable supply of materials for the entire production, reduced equipment investment, and greatly reduced procurement costs.

The stick biscuits packing production line integrated the functions of arranging, guiding, rejecting, positioning and conveying, and adopted a double-row layout to improve the productivity of product packaging in a limited space.
